After the Ayurveda cure you should keep in everyday life some simple basic rules for a healthy lifestyle. As a result Ayurveda postulates
The first phase consists of a basic program of at least 4 (or more if needed), treatments offered daily. (Loud, doctor's prescription) In the 1st phase of treatment, treatments are offered in the following order
Colon cleansing - cleaning with herbal mixtures (Virechana)
Depending on the doctor's diagnosis, an ayurvedic herbal remedy is used to clean the bowels: a mild-acting powder, one or more pills that have a stronger effect, or a cleansing enema. Colon cleansing is particularly important for the success of subsequent applications and an integral part of Panchakarma (internal cleansing).
On the morning, when you take the powder or the pills with your stomach sober instead of breakfast, you should gradually take a specially prepared herbal tea and warm water. After that you should not eat anything anymore. After a while, it probably rumples and tweaks a bit in the stomach and abdomen and in the form of a diarrhea, the intestine empties several times that day. Eventually, nausea may appear. At 10:30 and 12:30 you get rice soup. After that it can come again to the emptying of the intestine. Meanwhile, one is examined several times by a doctor. The dinner should be on this day completely without fat and without fresh salads. Best some rice with vegetables.
Virechana is considered a medical treatment for toxins caused by too much pitta. These accumulate doshatypically, especially in the liver and gallbladder. Virechana cleans almost completely the gastrointestinal tract, and is considered a very safe procedure with no side effects. Laxative herbs are administered.
Due to the properties mentioned, the Virechana purgativa herb also has the ability to activate the whole metabolism and the blood circulation. The active substances of this herbal mixture can penetrate the shrotas - micro and micro channels - and release them from degenerative aspects, so that they can be eliminated in the end. This therapy has a deep cleansing and rejuvenating effect, despite its gentleness. Virechana is beneficial for diabetes, asthma, skin conditions such as herpes, joint disease, indigestion, constipation, pituitary acidity, vitiligo, psoriasis, headache, elephantiasis and gynecological diseases. Virechana should increase the ability to concentrate and the intelligence.
